Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

We have a processing time of 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (GMT+01:00 – Amsterdam) are processed the same day. All products first go through a brief processing procedure before being shipped.

After processing, the average shipping time is 4–12 business days. In total, you can therefore expect a delivery time of approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpectedly high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding should a delay occur. Of course, we will keep you informed and strive to minimise delays at all times.
